Dixon Behavioral Health ("Dixon," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect limited information you choose to send us when you fill out a contact, insurance callback, or referral form on this site (such as your name and phone number), and limited technical data (browser type, anonymized analytics) when you visit. We do not use Google Analytics or other tools that lack a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

How our forms work today

The contact, insurance, and referral forms on this site do not transmit your information to a third-party form backend. When you submit a form, your own email client opens with the information pre-filled so you can send it to us directly. Please do not include medical information, insurance member IDs, dates of birth, or other Protected Health Information (PHI) in those emails — a member of our team will collect any clinical or insurance details securely by phone. We are in the process of integrating a HIPAA-compliant form provider with a signed Business Associate Agreement; until then, please share PHI with us by phone only.
