Insurance & Fees
Clear conversations about payment before therapy begins. Aetna in-network, self-pay and superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Aetna: in-network
Looking for a therapist that takes Aetna? Dixon is an Aetna in-network therapist practice for telehealth in California. Your plan determines copays, deductibles, authorization requirements and covered services.

Self-pay
Contact us for rates.
We will explain session fees before you commit. If you are uninsured or not using insurance, you can request a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
Superbills for out-of-network therapy
A superbill is an itemized receipt for therapy. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, you can submit it to your insurance company to request reimbursement after you pay for your session.
Your insurer decides whether and how much to reimburse. Ask your plan about deductibles, eligible services and submission rules; a superbill is not a guarantee of payment.
EMDR Intensives
Private pay only — not billed to insurance. Contact us for rates and an individualized appointment plan.
