How PTSD fits into Dixon's program
PTSD sits at the center of what we treat. Dixon's program is built around trauma and depression, delivered through EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT. Our four-module curriculum — Safety, Thoughts/Depression, Emotions/Relationships, Building Your Life — is the same framework used in EMDR Stage 2 stabilization, and PTSD care is not a separate track; it's the core of the program.
- EMDR-informed care as a primary modality, integrated with CBT, DBT, and ACT.
- 9+ hours/week structured programming, ages 13–59, statewide via secure video.
- Trauma-specialized clinicians led by Lauren Dean, LCSW (#110737).
- Self-pay available now. Insurance credentialing in progress.
