Virtual IOP for Anxiety in California

Joint Commission accredited virtual intensive outpatient care for adults and teens across California whose anxiety is tangled up with trauma, depression, or chronic stress.

How Anxiety fits into Dixon's program

Anxiety rarely shows up alone. At Dixon, we treat anxiety as part of a broader trauma and depression program — using EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT to address what's underneath it, not just the symptoms. Our four-module curriculum (Safety, Thoughts/Depression, Emotions/Relationships, Building Your Life) directly targets the patterns that drive anxious thinking and avoidance.

  • 9+ hours/week of group and individual care, delivered 100% virtually anywhere in California.
  • Separate teen (13–17) and adult (18–59) tracks.
  • EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT — evidence-based modalities for anxiety that co-occurs with trauma or depression.
  • Self-pay available now. Insurance credentialing in progress.
