Virtual IOP
A Virtual IOP Built for Trauma and Depression
Nine to fifteen hours of real care each week, from the safety of your home. Built by clinicians who specialize in trauma. Designed to help you feel like yourself again.
What to expect
- Schedule. Morning or evening groups, 3 days/week. Around school and work.
- Group format. Small, closed-feeling groups. 6–10 people. Always the same clinician.
- Individual therapy. Weekly 1-on-1 with your therapist included in your program.
- EMDR Stage 2 stabilization. Real trauma work — not just talk. A core part of what makes Dixon different.
- Family support. Optional sessions for parents and partners who want to help.

How we treat

Why virtual care works.
Healing happens in your real life — not a clinic. Virtual IOP means you keep your bed, your kitchen, your dog. You sleep at home. You practice your new skills in the place you actually live.
- No commute, no waiting rooms
- Stay close to family and work
- Same care quality, more privacy
- Available anywhere in California
